As EPCwithus are not currently VAT registered. Payment Terms are Strictly 30 Days from Invoice Date.
For the private house holder, payment is due on the day of inspection.
Cancellation
If the appointment is cancelled with less than 24hrs notice, a FULL charge will still apply.
EPCwithus Limited will not carry out any survey when the sole occupant in the property is under the age of sixteen (16).
We will endeavour to answer all telephone queries within 4 working hours and carry out inspections within three days of instruction.
Certificates will be lodged within 48 hours of inspection.
At EPCwithus we understand that your customers may be at work Monday - Friday, this is why we work 7 days a week. We charge no premium for Sat / Sun workings.
